What does Partner Brands mean?
In EU International Sports Gear is official distributor of different other brands. You can therefore find selected products on our page.
My item arrived broken or damaged - what can I do?
Please email our customer support team outlining the damage. Please include pictures or videos, and a short description of the issue.
My International Sports Gear product is defected - what do I have to do?
If your product seems to defective after a short period of use please get in touch. Contact the local retailer where you bought it from or contact us. In the communication, please do not forget to mention the name of the product, the code, and to provide us the related invoice.
Where can I buy International Sports Gear products?

Ordering and Shipping
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?
Once your order has been shipped you will get a copy of the related invoice via e-mail. As soon as the package has reached the country of destination, the local courier will inform you about the delivery schedule.
How can I pay my order?
You can pay directly on the check out page with Credit Card....
Do you deliver to my country?
We deliver to all EU countries. The only exception is Slinger. Slinger Launchers and related accessories are only delivered to the following countries: Germany, Italy, Austria, The Netherlands, Spain, Portugal, France, Belgium, Luxembourg.
When will my order be shipped?
Orders confirmed before 12.00h of the day will be shipped the next day. However, we will do our best to ship every order within 48h.
How long will delivery take?
We aim for delivery in 3-4 working days.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes can only be done if the order has not been shipped yet. Once the order has been confirmed, it is not possible to cancel it. Once received, it is possible to return it and get a refund.
Where do I add Promotional codes?
Discount Codes or Vouchers can be redeemed and add in the cart.

If you wish to return something according to warranty regulations please contact our customer support.

What is the return policy?
Products that wish to be returned within 14 days from purchase need to be unused and returned in the original packaging.............
Warranty
Is there a warranty on the products?
Each product has a standard warranty period of 2 years. However, there are some restrictions and exceptions. Please consult our Warranty Guidelines.
